Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven office management skills and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles.
- Proficiency in Zoho system is an advantage, along with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
