Timekeeping
Ensures timely and accurate enrolment and completion of documents of newly hired employees in timekeeping system.
Conducts timekeeping orientation to all newly hired employees.
Overall in charge for the proper coordination of timekeeping and system issue to the provider for proper implementation of policies.
Ensures that timekeeping data are accurate and schedules are updated as coordinated to the department supervisors and leads.
Downloads timekeeping information. Reviews and validates downloaded data and submits final data for review.
Processes timekeeping data of all Cohu Employees on a specified payroll cut-off.
Reviews and validates pay adjustments related to timekeeping.
Safe keeps all timekeeping records of employees based on set retention period.
