HR Analyst – Hybrid (Chiloé to Puerto Montt)

Team work EST is looking for an HR Analyst to manage personnel in Isla de Chiloñe with the flexibility of working from Puerto Montt. The role includes a hybrid work model of 80% on-site and 20% from home, with a total of 44 hours per week, decreasing to 42 hours starting April.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of labor regulations, and advanced Excel skills. This is a fixed-term contract position.
