Supporting Human Resources, the HR Analyst (Co‑op Student) will support the administration and facilitation of various HR programs across the organization.

Preference will go to a student in a cooperative education program, or a recent graduate.

Here is where you will be focusing to ensure your success.

• Supports the following HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Accounts Payable, HRIS, Internal Communications and Records Maintenance.
• Support the full recruitment and hiring process.
• Support the onboarding of new hires.
• Support the performance review development process.
• Ongoing administration of bi‑weekly payroll and assistance with year‑end process.
• Prepare HR communications including the monthly HR Update and announcements.
• Prepare invoices and process them in the Accounts Payable software.
