We are seeking a diligent HR Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, this role requires 2 - 4 years experience in Human Resources or Information Technology as an Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and evaluate workforce data


• Transform metrics on turnover, recruitment, and performance


• Design and distribute employee engagement surveys


• Conduct exit interview surveys and Line discussions


• Analyze HR data and assist in decision-making process


• Collaborate with HR leadership on competitive remuneration reviews
