Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR administration.
- Assist in improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows.
- Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Build AI-powered templates, workflows, and internal knowledge bases.
- Support HR reporting, data management, and operational projects.
- Assist with recruitment activities when needed, including interview coordination and talent research.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, AI, and process improvement.
