Job SummaryEnterprise People Services is looking for a strong HR generalist and team player to join the team as part of our specialized services operation, reporting into HR Operations Manager. This role will provide complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Reporting. The role will support RTX business in Singapore and New Zealand – Pratt & Whitney, Collins and RTX Corporation. This will be a fast‑paced and highly varied role, so a suitable candidate will need to be able to comfortably switch gears to manage different tasks – whether that’s guiding a people manager through an Employee Relations process, working with COE partners to research the answer to a complex policy query, or coordinating new learning offerings with external v...
