Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

• Monitor and improve employee experiences
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience in mining
• Relevant diploma or degree in HR (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and workplace legislation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willing to live at a remote camp on a 2-week rotation
