Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to support managers and employees across a range of HR matters. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, absence management, and HR policies, helping to ensure a positive andpliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.

Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Assist with performance management processes and employee development.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
