Job Description
As an HR Administrator at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you will play a key role in managing and executing operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR administration, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting both employees and managers in all administrative and HR-related matters. You will contribute to a structured, reliable, and scalable HR environment by optimizing processes and supporting the continuous development of our HR systems.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility for operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents
Maintenance and management of digital personnel files and master data in Personio
