Job Description
HR Administrator (1 Year Contract + Completion Bonus)
To support the day‑to‑day administrative activities of the HR Department.
- Support the HR Department in all HR‑related matters such as records maintenance, documents/letters preparation, reports & presentation preparation, purchasing and invoicing processing.
- Administer benefits and claims.
- Support the HR Helpdesk to resolve employees queries/requests.
- Support the team with HR Communication portal updates.
- Handle training administration and logistics coordination for courses.
- Perform training administration duties.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the department.
- Any other ad‑hoc projects and office administration duties as assigned.
- Diploma in a relevant field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience.
