HR & Administration Manager (Retail Group)

Ishtara Jewellery Pte Ltd, Luvenus Jewellery Pte Ltd, and Luvenus Jewellery Hong Kong are established jewellery brands with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong. With a combined workforce of approximately 100 employees, we are seeking an experienced and hands‑on HR & Administration Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions across our Group.

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
