Purpose of the role:
The HR Officer - Performance Management will support the Group Human Resources function with the implementation, coordination and administration of the organisation's performance management framework.
The primary focus of this role will be the development, maintenance, tracking and administration of employee Key
Performance Areas (KPA's), Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), performance scorecards and performance review processes across the group of companies.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers and employees to ensure that performance objectives are clearly defined, measurable, aligned with business goals and effectively monitored.
