Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with Kirloskar’s innovative culture.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees; mediate disputes and oversee disciplinary procedures.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee the annual appraisal process, linking individual KPIs to global corporate objectives.
- Culture & Development: Promote the Kirloskar Limitless values (Excellence, Integrity, Empathy) through engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.
2. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Legal Adherence: Ensure company policies comply with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO , and Texas-specific labor laws.
