Job Description
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- Proven experience working with Managed Print Services (MPS) and print management solutions.
- Experience with PaperCut solutions (Technical and/or Sales Certification preferred).
- Good understanding of HP printers, multifunction devices, and print management environments.
- Experience with HP solutions such as HP Web JetAdmin, HP Security Manager, HP Smart Device Services (SDS), or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Exposure to print fleet monitoring and reporting tools.

- Engage with customers to understand their print and document management needs and recommend suitable HP print solutions.
