Housing Support Project Worker

Please note: This postion is for our main office and we are moving office to the borough of Erith in the next month (DA8).

Job purpose

The Support Project Worker will provide high quality, person-centered support to clients living within supported housing services. The role focuses on enabling individuals to develop independence, maintain accommodation, and improve overall wellbeing while promoting dignity, choice, and empowerment.

You will work with individuals who may have complex needs including homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse histories, offending backgrounds, or social exclusion.

- Provide structured key working sessions with clients to develop and review personalised support plans and risk assessments.
