2 months contract with a Local Authority Job Title: Housing Officer Job Purpose To deliver a high-quality tenancy and estate management service across the Ashfield District, ensuring tenants comply with the terms of their tenancy agreements while supporting them to sustain successful tenancies. The Housing Officer will manage a designated patch of social housing properties, providing advice, guidance, and support to tenants, addressing tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to improve communities and neighbourhoods.
