Housing First Support Worker: Empower Independence

Southern Housing is seeking a Support Worker to join their Single Homeless Pathways team across multiple locations including Newport, Sandown, Shanklin, and Ryde. This role involves providing essential support services to vulnerable residents, aimed at promoting their independence and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to obtain an NVQ 2 in Care. The position requires a full UK driver licence and involves 24/7 shifts with possible sleep-in duties.
