Your new role
As Disrepair Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality disrepair services across the borough. Working closely with the Disrepair Manager and wider housing teams, you will deliver technical surveying expertise, manage complex cases and ensure works are completed to a high standard.This is a field-based role, involving regular site visits across the borough, diagnosing repairs, managing contractors and ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
