Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of a private household ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness order and confidentiality. This role coordinates a small team of housekeeping staff plans schedules inspects work and supports the household in delivering a welcoming hygienic and wellorganised environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise train and mentor housekeeping staff allocating duties monitoring performance and providing coaching to maintain consistent standards.
Plan and coordinate daily weekly and deepclean schedules for all rooms and public areas ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specification.
