Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Housekeeping operations in the assigned hotel area.
• Conduct inspections of guestrooms, including VIPs and special requests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in public and back‑of‑house areas.
• Ensure all guestroom amenities and supplies are correctly placed and rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Report and follow up on damaged, missing, or sub‑standard fixtures or equipment.
• Handle guest and staff needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift briefings.
• Train and motivate room attendants and housemen, ensuring standards and service expectations are met.
