Join our private property team supervising housekeeping operations to ensure the property is immaculate comfortable and welcoming for residents and guests. As Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a housekeeping team deliver discreet reliable and thorough cleaning and maintain the highest standards of presentation hygiene and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organisational ability.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise coach and mentor housekeeping staff and contractors ensuring consistent delivery to the households standards and service expectations.
Plan assign and monitor daily weekly and deep-clean schedules; allocate tasks to ensure efficient coverage of all living spaces bedrooms bathrooms and service areas.
Perform and demonstrate high-standard cleaning duties as required including dusting vacuuming mopping polishing sanitising and spot maintenance to model expected standards.
