• Deliver the best quality guest room cleaning services and ensure every guest feels they can relax.
• Clean corridors, floor and public areas around assigned guest rooms.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards, violations, maintenance or repair issues.
• Report lost items from guest rooms.
• Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand standards.
• Accountable for the best appearance of the trolley and pantry area, keeping them clean and tidy at all times.
