Housekeeping Manager

Objective of the role:

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional hospitality services.

Only Mumbai Based candidates are preferred

Role & responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained as per hotel policies.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping associates and supervisors.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, schedules, and work allocations.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hotel areas to ensure quality standards.
