Housekeeping Manager responsible for leading and overseeing all housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Langkawi Resort. The role involves managing teams, coordinating daily operations, and driving efficient, high‑quality service across the property.

• Lead and drive all housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the property.
• Enforce strict quality control through regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Build, coach, and manage a high‑performing housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan manpower, optimize scheduling, and manage inventories efficiently to control costs.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
