The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the overall cleanliness, presentation, hygiene standards and operational efficiency of guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations and housekeeping staff management. The role directly impacts guest satisfaction, online reviews , brand standards and room revenue performance . POSITION INFO:
Duties: Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, toilets and back-of-house areas.
Ensure all rooms exceed our hotel standards before, during and post stay.
Conduct room inspections prior, during and post stay to enforce quality procedures.
Manage housekeeping schedules, rosters, leave & daily productivity.
