**Job Summary**
**Guestroom Operations & Control**
・Manage and control housekeeping operations using internal systems
・Conduct inspections of VIP rooms and rooms with special requests
・Respond promptly and courteously to housekeeping-related requests and inquiries from guests and other departments
・Handle irregular situations, complaints, lost or damaged items, and lost & found
**Guest Experience & Special Requests**
・Arrange special requests such as baby cots and extra beds
・Maintain a high level of confidentiality, efficiency, and luxury service standards
・Collaborate with other departments to deliver experiences that exceed guest expectations
**Inventory & Asset Control**
・Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and loan items
・Monitor usage, report discrepancies, and support cost control
