As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to established brand standards.
- Replenishing guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any safety concerns.
- Assisting with linen handling, stock replenishment and housekeeping storage areas.
- Maintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring chemicals are used and stored safely.
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
