Job Summary
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning the guest rooms according to the Rixos Hotel standards of cleanliness. Completes self-inspections, and provides personal, professional and courteous service to every guest. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills and anticipating needs.
Job Responsibilities- Know and adhere to the company policies and procedures, embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and its amenities.
- Awareness of guest experience at all times, smile and make eye contact, communicate professionally.
- Follows all department policies and procedures for room cleanliness and self-inspection.
- Responsible for maintaining the Rixos standards of service to guests and coworkers at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of each room by performing General Clean/special projects.
