Job Description
Be a part of a dedicated team at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario as a Housekeeper in St. Thomas. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and supporting community health programs.
As a Housekeeper, you contribute to our mission by ensuring cleanliness in member areas and back-of-house spaces. We seek hardworking individuals who can follow safety and cleaning standards. You will assist in creating a welcoming environment, embodying the YMCA's core values while conducting your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cleaning tasks in member and back-of-house spaces
• Follow YMCA cleaning policies and procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment like vacuums and floor polishers
• Meet standards defined by Priority S.A.M. evaluation program
• Assist with outdoor seasonal tasks and grounds keeping
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience in a recreational facility is an asset
• WHMIS certification...
