The Position
The House Supervisor oversees the Ticket Ushers in the Entertainment Centre from scanning tickets at venue entry to assisting patrons to their seats and assisting Security with any Emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises Ticket Ushers, interviews and hires new staff, provides training, assigns positions, conducts performance appraisals and implements performance documentation.
