Job Description
We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable individual to manage the day-to-day
operations of a private villa. This role involves overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of
organization and hospitality, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, especially in a
home with frequent guests.
Candidates with experience in household management, hospitality, or office
administration/operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day villa operations and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Manage household inventory, supplies and basic expenses tracking
- Supervise staff (driver, cook, maids) and oversee their performance
- Assist with menu planning and guest requirements with the chef
- Coordinate guest visits and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and vendor requirements
