Hourly Supervisor, Retail Café Operations

We are seeking an Hourly Supervisor to support daily operations in a busy, client-facing retail café. This hands-on role helps lead the team, monitor service and quality, support staffing needs, and ensure safety, sanitation, and Aramark standards are met.

This is a union house, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a union environment, following established procedures, and partnering professionally with management and union team members.

Strong communication, adaptability, good judgment, and bilingual ability are a plus.
