Hourly Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. Successful candidates will be able to provide a unique high quality experience to our guests while also possessing the unique ability to motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s sales, profitability, speed of service, and quality goals. As a successful candidates in this role, you’ll need leadership skills and experience in both front and back of the house. This is a working manager position, with expected open availability as schedules sometimes vary. You will need a friendly welcoming personality to interact with our guests in the dining room to ensure satisfaction. In addition, back of the house management experience is essential, as you’ll hire qualified Prep and Line team members, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
