HOTEL & SALES MANAGER

HOTEL & SALES MANAGER / CINTSA EAST - The Hotel and Sales Manager will oversee daily hotel operations while driving revenue growth in all hospitality divisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality sales.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Eastern Cape corporate and tourism market is highly preferred.
• Driver's License: Valid South African driver's license and own reliable vehicle (required for client visits).
• Skills: Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Semper and Nights Bridge, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
