Job Description
As a Receptionist at Hotel Football, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will support the Front of House team, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, handle reservations, maintain the reception area, address guest inquiries, and uphold the hotel’s security and health & safety policies.
