Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Handle in-person client interactions professionally: check-ins, walk-ins, bookings, complaints, and guest inquiries
- Operate and troubleshoot hotel management software, online booking systems, POS, and basic IT infrastructure
- Maintain service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards
- Supervise, train, schedule, and coordinate staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, revenue, and prepare operational reports
Working Conditions
- On-site role in Lahore, Pakistan
- Full-time, morning shift (flexibility for weekends/holidays required)
- Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 PKR per month
