Job Title: Hotel Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel 
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Kent
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Hotel Manager to take full ownership of a standout boutique hotel and destination restaurant. This is a floor-led leadership role — you’ll be in the thick of service, driving standards, shaping culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across hotel, restaurant, and bar operations.

Run the day-to-day operation across hotel, restaurant, and bar
Lead service from the floor and set the tone for the team
