The Hotel General Manager – South is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned properties in the southern region. This role involves managing hotel staff, ensuring high standards of guest experience and maintaining brand consistency across all departments. The Hotel General Manager – South will monitor budgets and financial performance, oversee front office, housekeeping and food and beverage operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The person in this role will implement service and process improvements, coordinate with corporate leadership on business initiatives and develop local partnerships to enhance occupancy and revenue. The Hotel General Manager – South will also lead training, performance management and team development to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
