Responsibilities

• Daily check of foreign workers' attendance at hostel including weekends and/or Public Holiday.
• Attend to foreign workers' welfare matters such as bringing workers to FOMEMA check, applying for bank card, arranging hospital appointments, going to Immigration/Embassy for passport or permit issues, lodging police reports & etc.
• Perform periodic audit check at workers’ hostel – including 5S’ and compliance of AKTA446.
• Handle disciplinary issue at worker's hostel.
• Assist in monitoring and arranging bus for foreign workers to and fro work.
• Liaise with hostel management to settle building's repair and maintenance, and security matters.
• In charge of hostel arrangement for new join foreign worker.
• Assist in induction for new join foreign workers.
