Hospitality Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist

Hilton Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Hotels team. You will handle guest inquiries, convert them into confirmed reservations, and ensure accuracy in all booking details, delivering the warmth of hospitality.

In this role, you’ll upsell hotel services and upgrades while maintaining high service standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues to support sales and create memorable stays for every guest, contributing to the team’s success.
