Job Description
Position Overview
Mediclinic is looking for active and caring Hospital Porters. You will help move sick people safely from their rooms to the X-ray machines, testing labs, and surgery rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Push patient wheelchairs and heavy hospital beds smoothly without bumping into walls or doors.
- Take blood test tubes from the doctor's clinic and walk fast to deliver them to the main laboratory.
- Bring clean blankets, fresh pillows, and medical machines to the patient rooms when the nurses ask.
- Keep your wheelchair clean every day and tell the manager quickly if the wheels or brakes are broken.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of walking or lifting work in a busy clinic, shopping mall, or hotel.
- Fitness: Strong body and good feet to walk inside the big hospital for a 9-hour shift without getting too tired.
