The main purpose of this position:

To establish and manage a world-class Hospital. This role is accountable for the implementation, management, and monitoring of Hospital Operations for the Group, ensuring quality patient care and management.

The incumbent manages a team of specialists and the scope of this role spans across the Hospital and interfaces with Head Office.

Duties & Responsibilities: Lead strategic direction setting and planning for the Hospital area in alignment with the Group’s vision and mission. Develop the Hospital’s standards based on global and local best practices to achieve operational excellence and quality care. Set goals and standards for the Hospital to support the business plans.
