Horti Area Supervisor, Houghton Hall

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Horticultural Area Supervisor to join the team in our Houghton Hall Garden Centre.

Our competitive rate of pay for this role is £13.27 per hour.

The hours for this position are 42 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a Horticultural Area Supervisor, you must have specialist plant knowledge to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases. You will also be responsible for supporting the Management Team to ensure the profitable and efficient running of the store.
