As a Home Support Supervisor (HSS) reporting to the Health Director, you will oversee scheduling and quality assurance for home support services. Your role emphasizes a trauma-informed approach to ensure client independence and safety while managing the Home Makers (HMs) and Registered Care Aides (RCAs) in delivering care. You will engage in staff training, report on client conditions, and uphold the values of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary home care services using a trauma-informed approach
• Supervise and mentor home care staff for quality assurance
• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of home care visits
• Communicate client health needs with RN & OT Care Coordinators
