Home Health Staffing Coordinator- Mount Sinai Hospital - Full Time Days - Hybrid

**Job Description**

Coordinates the staffing and scheduling of all disciplines that provide care for patients active with Mount Sinai Home Health and serves as a liaison with all external home health agencies that service patients that were referred to, but unable to be admitted to Mount Sinai Home Health due to staffing or geographical limitations.

**Qualifications**

+ HS/GED and 4 years of related health care experience, or Associate?s degree and 2 years; Bachelor's or Master?s Degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
+ 2+ years related experience, required with Associate?s degree, as above
