**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience

**Type:** Three-month contract

**Schedule:** 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday), on call rotation 1 week/weekend per month

**Coverage Areas:** **Essex county**

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· RN case manager for a specific territory

· Develop plan of care for patient

· Implement and evaluate plan of care

**Qualifications:**

· Current RN License in New Jersey

· Valid Driver’s License

· CPR Certification

· Experience in homecare
