**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.90 per hour based on experience

**Type:** Three-month contract

**Schedule:** 8am-430pm, Monday – Friday

**On Call:** 1 Weekend monthly

**Coverage Areas:** McKinney service area

**Primary Responsibilities:**

· Admissions to home health services

· Case management

· OASIS visits

· ROC daily

**Qualifications:**

· Current Texas RN License in good standing

· 2 years of home health experience preferred

· OASIS experience

· HCHB experience preferred

· CPR Certification
