Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.




Coverage needs primarily in and around the Wakefield/Stoneham/Winchester/Malden/Melrose, MA area.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• No weekends, on-call or holidays required!
• Competitive payrates with mileage reimbursement
• Consolidated territory, less travel

Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
