The Home Equity Closing Specialist completes the loan application process by scheduling the closing and preparing the closing documents. They ensure excellent member service with timely and accurate closing preparation. The Home Equity Closing Specialist communicates regularly with members via various channels, including phone and email. The Specialist uses a proactive service approach, taking ownership of their assigned role and working as part of a team.
